How I Started:
I babysat for a family and the mom was really into body building. I was all state in bball and played vball, softball and threw a mean discus so I had always lifted weights but it was in terms of sport performance. She made me realize there was more to it than just a sports aid
Why I Love It:
I love my body. I enjoy being tough. I gained a ton of weight at the end of my first marriage and I am proud that I have lost mostly all of that.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a yearly subscription to Oxygen and it seems as if I get that just at the right time every month. I find this site really great too
BB Accomplishments:
yet to come.. I think chin up and push ups will be awesome!!!

Workout Program:
Just beginning to lift weights AGAIN.

Plan is to lift weights - four times a week - very basic plan I found on BB.com. I plan on 30 mins cardio a day too.

Yeah, most likely! I love my healthy fats :D. I probably eat a lot more than the women on the female bbing section, but it works for me! And thanks! Will be watching your progress ;)
