I was healthy 3 years ago (2003 profile pic), Need to get back in shape.
Goal (Long):
I was 162 lbs in the picture. Now I'm 165 lbs with no muscle. I'd like to transform my body back to how it used to be. Need to cut out the fat and get rid of the gut.
Monday worked out bicep, tricep and delts. 7am-8am right before work. Tuesday did back and chest. Wednesday was legs. My body is sore and it feels great. Thursday will be rest day. My body needs it.
hey whats up. the lipo 6, well, i take about half the dose only, bc otherwise it makes me really jittery. i dont think it has much effect on wt loss, i havent lost a lb, but ive managed to squeeze into tighter jeans. but its hard to say bc ive also cut down my calories and increased my cardio...so i'd say give it a try :)
