I've been lifting since my high school days and ain't gonna slow down anytime in the near future. I figure this site gives me a good opportunity to meet some people with a similar outlook.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
1-2 min depending on the exercise and my workout for that day

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I've had multiple injuries over the years. I had an acute cervical radiculopathy causing triceps weakness, herniated lumbar disk, AC DJD . . . right now I'm dealing with rotator cuff tendonitis. I've found avoiding aggravating lifts usually allows proper recovery, although it's tough holding myself back. Usually pushing yourself through the pain ain't a good idea . . . although I do need patients to keep my operating room schedule full and pay the bills. ;)

hey :) the final placings are not up yet... but I am guessing somewhere on the very bottom of my height class... but it's ok, I was happy with my improvements but I just don't get lean enough to be competitive up there... it was a good experience though :)
oh yeah that rotator cuff is annoying.. i am bad at doing my strengthening for it... yes I survived turkey day - although it was very tough.. i did not stray from my diet... my show is next Sat in Culver city - the Excalibur :)
haha :) that is def. true! The training/dieting is tough but only one more week!! Im so excited so Im just hanging in there until then! How is your training going?
