JGNOV88 Grand, I lost about a stone and a half there btween april and july after not workin out much since oct 09. I've since put back on most of that weight in muslce. Starting a bulkin routine at the mo. Happy christmas by the wa, even though there's only half an hr left in it! Dec 25, 2010 5:36pm

Irockstar661 Well my supplements at present are as follows - Protein (ON 100% Whey) (which I don't see why you could'nt purchase over internet...5# for $32.00 or so), Creatine (ON 100% creatine mono), Glutamine (Sc-fit Glutalyn), Fish Oil, Muti-Vitamin, Pre-workout (1.M.R), and sip a bit of Xtend throughout the day...
