yea definitely, running is a waste of time, especially for someone who is already lean. you could walk for like 30-45 post workout at an incline. or you can do some jump roping in between sets, or after your done lifting.

well im not taking creatine, there is a little bit of it in my vasocharge though. but no that doesn't really help you get cut up. none of my supps really did any of that, except give me the energy to work hard enough while on my diet. and yes i was in a caloric deficit, while doing keto.

it didn't help at all brah, i took it after all my results to see how it worked. i tried about 3-4 grams a day for about 2 months and didn't see any results. but thats just me, its cheap enough to try though, just know if you do get results it will take 4-5 weeks to really notice something. thanks though, good luck with ur goals

thanks brah, like wise, persians are goodlooking people...well, at least the ones who don't deck out in all black and gold chains and too much cologne when they go out. i got to be more agressive with the ladies, my strategy of letting them come to me hasn't been working out lol. how things been going? you bulking? or cuttin for summer?

thanks. its all about diet, i did a very strict low carb diet (about 30 grams of carbs or less per day). and that gave me a six pack.
