yo thanks man, im doing stuff really similar to that but i just cannot seem to get them to pop. in my photo i'm flexing them. i'm also running for 20-22 minutes after my workouts, should i be walking instead in order to gain the 15lbs i want?

Thanks for the info.
I also noticed you take creatine among some other supplements. Did the creatine help you get the 'cut' look at all? If not which supplement did? Of course I'm sure that diet and exercise played a more important role.
Btw, does your diet put you in a calorie deficit or surplus?
I'm really curious about all this because I'm trying to get cut just like you are.
