I love the feeling I have when I'm done with my workout. Giving it my all, and then the following day feeling sore is something I love.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by always trying to find new workouts, or setting different goals. Also, knowing that working out keeps me healthy and obviously in shape is a great motivator !

Thanks, 6 days a week right on, I am lucky the last few weeks to do weights 3 times a week. I like doing it 5 times a week and 2 cadios sections a week. I am curious would you like to chat sometime, maybe on a msger?
Do a little research on here. But yeh, fruits and veggies fill you up. Grilled chicken is really good. Almost any kind of fish is good. Some of them are high in fat but they are good fats that your body needs. Six meals a day distribute the nutrients though you body better, as well as speeds up your metabolism.
Ey girl. Just stay on top of your cardio game, 6 small meals a day. Diet's really important. You can reach that goal within a month or 2 if your really dedicated. You look good regardless. Good luck reaching your goals though.
