Your dad owns The Gym? Bad ass! I was good friends with Adam Bisek and Pete Fitschen while in grad school. Great guys! Trained at your gym for a week to to check it out. Old school love!

Have you given any thoughts to doing a contest this fall? WI and the neighboring border states are riddles with shows in October and November this fall. Let me know your thoughts.

In WI and in most states in the US you must have the specific credential known as the CPT or CSCS to legally be able to train athletes (college level) or general public (fitness). If you were sued or taken to court without the right credential you would be at a lose for being guilty of incompetence and or negligance. www.nsca-lift.org

I will take your word for it bud, it might not be what I am used to here in the states but as long as I can do some basics now and then like bench, squats and deadlift, I am happy as can be. Thanks!

Hey bud whats up? I am an American who will be in Palermo for 10 days as part of a vacation. I have family in Palermo whom I will be staying with. I cant imagine 10 days without a workout. Your gym "Body Studio" does it have a website or somthing I can look into. I am eager to find a gym in town. Grazi mille, a presto! Maybe I'll see you there!

Well no the plan is that I will be doing a little moving around. About one week in Rome, Florence and Venice. This will let me see and do more. I might just resort to cardio and hiking as my means to exercise. Cant forget push-ups, pull ups, jump squats and good old sit-ups. Every day a few of those and I can stil, maintain what I have now. Always a way if you look for it right.

Thats kick ass man, buying your own gym in LA! Wow! Thats the place to make it happen for one thing.
I will be near Termini Station, just 30 minutes from Rome FCO airport I guess. Pretty close to the Colosseum I guess also. When do you plan to be moving to LA? I am still in the search for places to stay in Rome. I will be at The Bee-Hive for my first 5 days in Rome for sure, after that I dont know yet.

Therapy ball side crunches almost every other day, high reps till it burned like hell. Did this from about 5 weeks out till the week before. I focus on hitting all 4 sections of the abs when I did them. Sides, upper and lower abs all need focused work. Lets not forget water and dieting helped to!
