How I Started:
I was getting a little soft all over and I new that I had to change that.
Why I Love It:
it is something that you live for, I think about it all the time.
How I Stay Motivated:
if anyone out there tells you that they workout be cause they want to be "healthy" THEY ARE A LYER.
every guy out there worksout for 1 reason..... CHICKS.
if your in a marrige or not we work out to be looked up and down like a piece of meat.
BB Accomplishments:
I have never been big in to maxing out that 1 rep but I do dips with a 100 pound dumbell hanging from my waist I know Im the only guy in my gym that does this.
I have always been around 170-175 and soft.
I want to get to 200 and look like I am made out of stone.
I dont think this is a goal that is not with in reach but it is hard with life holding you back.
so I just keep telling myself "get up,get out,get going"
I got food sicknes over the easter holiday and lost 9 lbs in 36 hours ( I lost it all though my butt too ) I still feel very weak and tired but I plan on getting back to the gym in A few days.
