I've always worked out to try and get better for sports but I didn't start training right until last year, I started with a program to "Get big arms in 8 weeks" and it actually worked, and i've been in love ever since
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is the only thing that you can truly control every aspect of, and you can see yourself changing right before your eyes
How I Stay Motivated:
When people tell me "you look big," or that I look good, it makes it all worth while
BB Accomplishments:
added close to two inches to my arms in 3 months

this was from the day before i started my fat loss program, around 200 pounds
I want to leave high school bigger, stronger, and more defined than ever before. I want to be summed up in one word in the weight room, legendary
Goal (Long):
I have always struggled with my weight. I've never been technically fat, but I was always slightly chubby as a kid. I started training last year and I am fairly happy with my mass (although I would gladly accept more) and now I am trying to lean out and look amazing. I have always dreamed of having 6 pack abs but up until now have never dieted or done much cardio. Now I am more determined and focused than ever and am finally ready to chase my goals
Yesterday was the first day of what I like to call my "topless challenge." Basically I work out as hard as I can, like always, but I never allow myself to look in the mirror without a shirt on. I do this and then every Sunday i have the "unveiling," the one time a week that I...
since i only have the plastic weight set that many have started their bodybuilding journeys on, i have to train using fairly high volume in order to get a good workout. Some may criticize it, but it's worked for me. I'll post my entire workout soon
PM sent, forgot to add go read Ava Cowans article about 'fat loss for summer' it is listed on my profile page just click the link. Theres food listings there - and good advice:)
It has a good boost to it, even with the caffeine free versions. It does seem like you maintain your strength coming off of it somewhat. You could try sampling the bottled versions they have at gnc. I'm not sure how similar it is to the powdered mix ingredientwise.
Hey no prob! It's a good pre-workout...its not as intense as no-xplode or nanovapor but you don't get the big crash afterward. I noticed nice steady overall gains and great focus doing my workouts. The punch flavor is not bad....not exactly tasty though either, but its a great solid preworkout. Hope this helps:-)
