Review: Mixes and tastes very well. Integrated in my honest opinion uses the best quality protien period. Ive used ON and wont go back to it. Who needs inferior whey concentrate. On is only saving money by using that crap and your buying it. Ya they say Whey concentrate wont affect you but WHY put that stuff in your body when you dont have to. Integrated is great stuff. Give it a try.
