How I Started:
I got started working out in my 20's. I lived in Southern California and my personal trainer and I worked out together and were friends.
I had a group of gym friends who would socialize outside the gym.
Why I Love It:
I love this because every once in a while I feel like a jock.
Working out is making a major positive change in my health and life.
I want maximize the results of my workouts and diet.
I want to gain 20 pounds of muscle over the next 2 years. I want to have decreased percentage of body fat.
I want to increase my VO2Max, increase my HDL Cholesterol and increase strength.
I want to continue to have the motivation to strive toward these goals.
