How I Started:
I got started working out in my 20's. I lived in Southern California and my personal trainer and I worked out together and were friends. I had a group of gym friends who would socialize outside the gym.
Why I Love It:
I love this because every once in a while I feel like a jock. Working out is making a major positive change in my health and life.
