How I Started:
initally, i started weightlifting to lose weight. i knew nothing about bodybuilding/nutrition/supplements. i started looking at magazines and bb.com and i found myself addicted.
Why I Love It:
i love bodybuilding because it challenges me every single day. i get to know every muslce, every fiber, and what i am actually capable of.
How I Stay Motivated:
i like to cut out quotes and photos and hang them on my wall so i see them as soon as i wake up.

1. Dedication and commitment to the bodybuilding lifestyle, because I CAN DO IT.
2. GVT in depth and correctly with perfect form and dedication to the clock.
3. Bodyfat to Mid 16's
4. Abs clearly visible and defined
5. Hard musculature throughout
Short term: (next 6 weeks)
1. Commit to a modified paleo diet and listen to my body, feel what's good and what's bad
2. Stay focused on the long-term goals
3. Have a clear vision of where I want to be & why
4. Don't quit, do more cardio
5. Work on these damn abs!
sometimes, i wish i had a training partner. but it's so hard to find a good one, let alone someone doing or willing to do that same workout as you. and i guess it would be kinda difficult to train GVT with someone, because of the limited rest periods.

lol thanks girl the bas come and go i love food too much to keep them for long. cardio is awesome but if you cant keep up on the siet then the abs just hhide lol.

My bad girl!! I was so busy this break!!! My phone didn't even show you called! Wierd!!!! So I went to the gym before work today and now my leggs feel like they are going to fall off! I LOVE lifting to failure!!!!
