Yikes! I look really bad! But hey.. I gotta start somewhere right? Please good dieters, give me some helpful tips. This is my first crack at this since football, so I want to be sure I'm proceeding correctly. I weigh 275 in this picture. I want to end up around 230-225 lbs. I'll put up more pics soon.
There are abs under there saying.. "Uhhh.. WHY don't you JUST eat clean for about 6 months and do morning cardio! Whhhy!!!" Or something like that... lol!

Wow! I'm really focused on my goals! That's the only reason I would post this mess. But anyway, most Americians are fat, so AT LEAST I'm improving! I can see more seperation in my shoulders, etc.. but I have tons more weight to lose! I am 258-256 in this picture. I have 25 more to go before I REALLY go for broke! Pray for a brotha! Haha! Okay... I'ma start getting someone else to snap the shots. I'm improving (slowly...). But the cool thing is I'm developing consistency. Which has NEVER seemed to be easy for me. I'm the same weight range in this pic (I'm trying to get to 245 by the end of Feb.). I want a MUCH stronger midsection (I'm trying to learn to eat better first so I'll do it for the REST of my days and then in March I'm going to go hard and diet down for April). I haven't had sweets since Jan 1st! If you knew me you'd understand.... trust me...

I swear if I ever get this fat off... I might look like somethin', I kinda can see some improvement, but my back and shoulders have always been my favorite muscle groups to work and the easiest to get results in. We will see... But once again... I'm trying. I'm consistent. And I'm getting more dialed in in terms of how hard I'm working weekly. I'm 255 in this pic. I'm losing everywhere EXCEPT my midsection! Why God??!! Why?! LOL! Nothin' good comes easy I guess!

March 1 marks morning cardio, more protein, and little to no bread... Deep breath.. I can do it! I've GOT to be leaned out by April! My goal is in site.. my abs aren't! Keep me in your prayers! I'm about 251-252 in all the Feb 21st pics. Can't see much difference, but I feel great.

I'm about 246 in this pic. March has pretty much been a wash. I had big plans to take it to the next level, but found myself only maintaining. Ugh! Hope is NOT lost though. Time to step my game up! April WILL be better! 237 by the end of the month!

I know. I know. You're supposed to add progress pictures when you've had... we'll PROGRESS, but hey... I said I was in this for the long haul so forget you! LOL! Just playing. I really am trying to tighten up the diet. I have had a little improvement in my measurements. My goals keep changing and I believe my focus is tightening along with my flabby abs! ;-)
