Took some days of the abs back plan to rest a hurt shoulder... Time to kick back in. If you rest then rest becomes a habit! Don't let it!

BAD, BAD WEEK.. Lost a lot of weight, but not at a good pace due to lack of food. Get it right B! No excuses for mediocrity!

Brief setback on Monday and Tuesday. Not enough food either day and missed workouts. I can't let my goals take a backseat!

I am FINALLY back in the swing! Two adays 3 times this week.. Plenty of rest this weekend.. no off (They screw me up) and right back at it!
