I started working out in preparation for football in Middle School (kinda early!) and haven't stopped since!
Why I Love It:
I LOVE challenging myself and seeing improvement.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking about all the people who WISH they could go to the gym and suffer through a workout regularly, but can't because of health issues or disabilities. Bet a wouldn't hate the idea of squats then...

Yikes! I look really bad! But hey.. I gotta start somewhere right? Please good dieters, give me some helpful tips. There are abs under there saying.. "Uhhh.. WHY don't you JUST eat clean for about 6 months and do morning cardio! Whhhy!!!" Or something like that... lol!
Still attempting to dial in and work on consistant morning workouts and diet. Want to be down under 250 by end of October again.
