I started working out in preparation for football in Middle School (kinda early!) and haven't stopped since!
Why I Love It:
I LOVE challenging myself and seeing improvement.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking about all the people who WISH they could go to the gym and suffer through a workout regularly, but can't because of health issues or disabilities. Bet a wouldn't hate the idea of squats then...

Btw.. Im doing really well... work outs are on point and my eating is Super Clean. I felt a lil faint though today at work so I added some extra complex carbs and within 30 minutes I felt great. Im happy so far with my progress.. its only one week today.. but Im so dialed in .. its crazy. Thanks for asking.
