Jamie Eason Meal plans
I am currently 99% strictly following Jamie Eason's Meal plans, here is what a sample day looks like:
Breakfast: 1/2 scoop Protein shake (using water or unsweetened Almond Milk) Usually pre workout
Eggwhite & Oat Pancake:
6 egg whites, 1/4 c. oats, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 10 craisins, 1/4 sugar free syrup topping
Mid AM: 2 Chicken Muffins, veggies
Lunch: 4-6 oz lean meat (skinless chicken breast, lean burger, white fish, or tuna), 1 med sweet potato or 1/2 flat out Light Wrap, veggies
Mid Afternoon: 1/2 c. Fat Free Cottage Cheese w/ 1 packet Stevia & 1 T sugar free jelly or 1/8 c. healthy cereal as topping, or 2-4 Homemade protein squares
Dinner: 5-7 oz. Lean meat (Chicken breast, white fish, deer burger, or Lean beef I.E: Steak or lean ground burger), veggies, every other day I have a starch at dinner, either whole grain pasta (1/2 c.), brown rice, or Arnold 100% Whole Wheat sandwich thins (with my burger)
Before Bed: (optional) Casein Protein Milkshake- I LOVE THESE!!!
1/2-1 scoop Chocolate Casein Protein Powder
6-8oz unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pkt stevia
3-4 ice cubes
1 tsp flax seed or wheat germ (optional)
1Tbsp. Smuckers Creamy Natural Peanut Butter (only when I need the healthy fat boost for the day)
Blend like milkshake, don't overblend or it will lose it thickness. Pour into glass and add (optional) 1tsp dollops of fat free cool whip and top with fat free whipped cream and 1/2-1 tsp rainbow sprinkles. Its like a decadant milkshake and really cures my sweet craving, but the whole thing is only about 150-200 cal depending on how much you use of each item.
