What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
There isn't a person's body that i most want to have, i want to have my own body, in the best possible shape that i can be in.
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
over-training, under-nourishing.
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Hire a trainer, even if only for one session. Form and Safety are so important!!!
