How I Started:
I always kind of dabbled in working out since I was about 15. I really got serious and put the eating and working out together about 1 year ago. I enter the Stallone Challenge and didnt place but it really got me into being fit. I have before and after photos for anyone who wants to see.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the way it makes me feel. Its the best way to get rid of stress in my own opinion and when Im working out thats my time! Plus it also changes the way people look at you and compliments are always nice to hear from time to time!
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont have to stay motivated anymore, its just a part of my life. When I miss workouts I dont feel right.
