How I Started:
Started to work out for strenght training as i use to be a cyclist,and ended up having more fun in the gym...so i gave up the 4-5 hour training rides everyday to see what i can accomplish at gym...
Why I Love It:
I love Bodybuilding coz its a really committed and disciplined sport as is cycling so i really only changed the bike for some weights and ive never looked back...
How I Stay Motivated:
Constant measurements and pictures to see where you improved and also changing my work out routines every now and then.And the use of new products always motivates me...
BB Accomplishments:
2008-08-30: 2nd in 70-80kg novice division at WPF Boksburg classic.
2008-09-13: 1ste in the 65-75kg novice division at the WPF Northern Gauteng Championships.
2008-10-11: 4th in the 65-75kg novice division at the WPF South African Championships.
2009-04-18 : 2nd welterweight novice division at provincials IFBB.
2009-05-02 : 3rd welterweight novice division at nationals IFBB.
2009-09-12 : 1ste place under 75kg's division at WFF & WBBF GN provincials,and also placing 3rd in the overalls.
2009-09-19 : 1ste place under 75kg's division at WPF GN&CG provincials.
2009-10-23/24 : 5th place senior mens under 75kg's division at WFF & WBBF National championships.

Goal (Long):
Want to be a great overall contender for the welterweight division at ifbb sa's in the following years till im at the top of my division...goal is to win it in the next 5 years..!!
And to keep njoying every moment that i go onto stage...
My program for the next 6-8 weeks would be as follow.
Mondays - Chest: flatbench/incline bench/cable crossovers/peckdeck/dumbell presses and fly's/dumbell pullovers.Combining 4-5 of them,depending on the day.
Tuesdays - Back: front pulldowns/back pulldowns/barbell rows or dumbell...
I took the overall title at our WPF Provincials over the weekend. Pics are up. You can have a look and let me know what you think. I weighed in rock hard at 224.4lbs.

Ek het besluit om ons WPF Provincials te doen en ook WPF SA's. Ek gaan dit maar 'n go gee. Dis die 1ste keer dat WPF hier in die Kaap is en ek is tog in goeie shape. Ons Provincials is 26 September 09.
