Workout Program:
mon: Deadlifts 5x5..Barbell Rows 3x8.. pull ups 3x6..pull overs 3x8 ..hammer curls 3x8..concentration curls 3x8
tues: dumbbell press 4x6 ..incline dumbbell press 3x6..dips 3x10..reverse pulldowns 3x8
wed: off
thurs: squats 5x5..lunges 3x8..extensions 3x8..hacks 3x6..military press 3x6..upright row 3x8..bent over extensions 3x6..lateral raises 3x8
fri: close grip bench 4x8..dips 3x10..skull crushers 3x8..curls 3x8..hammers 3x8

5days a week is a bit much w classes..but im working with this because it works for me.
