How I Started:
Local bodybuilders in my gym showed me that training with weights changes your body shape and is great to mix with cardio workouts.
Why I Love It:
Love the feeling of being in control of your body, challenging yourself to do that last rep. Seeing the results
How I Stay Motivated:
I am naturally hyperactive.. I live to train and workout... my motivation is the feeling at the end of a session when you have totally fatigued the muscles you are working! I have so many idols that keep me inspired.

As a personal trainer I know how hard it is to get the exact goal you want, you have to eat well, train hard and rest.... time to get back on the fit wagon.

I want results and am going to do everything to get them.  This is my plan....

 Macro's  40/30/30 - 1700 calories a day


Protein 680 calories/170g


Carbs 510 calories/127g


Fat 510 calories/56g


 Main sources: 



Protein: egg whites, tuna, protein shakes,...


Current Supplements:
BSN Lean Dessert Protein Shake, 1.39 Lbs., Chocolate Fudge Pudding

Reason: Great for that extra intake when required, a good replacement for that sweet craving!

Hey girie, thanks for the add! I started using the workout tracker today! My thugpug name is after my dog, Thug, who just happens to be a pug, but thinks he's a rottweiler.
