How I Started:
Local bodybuilders in my gym showed me that training with weights changes your body shape and is great to mix with cardio workouts.
Why I Love It:
Love the feeling of being in control of your body, challenging yourself to do that last rep. Seeing the results
How I Stay Motivated:
I am naturally hyperactive.. I live to train and workout... my motivation is the feeling at the end of a session when you have totally fatigued the muscles you are working! I have so many idols that keep me inspired.

Goal (Long):
As a personal trainer I know how hard it is to get the exact goal you want, you have to eat well, train hard and rest.... time to get back on the fit wagon.
