I had always been in good shape until I was in highschool I wieghed about 170. My junior year lost 40 in 6 months. I ran a half marathon that summer and during that time got hooked on wieghts and I have been doing it ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes you feel. It is a release for me throughout my day. It gives me goals that I can accomplish myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I focus on my goal that someday want to compete and I know I have a long way to go. I am young so I have to work hard, but I know I can suceed.
I would love to compete in figure and women's tri fitness!
Goal (Long):
I want to be able to compete in womens figure bodybuilding and be able to place in the top numbers. I want to be a personal trainer and aerobics instructor. I want my body to be in top condition and maybe be in a magazine or on a calender someday. I want the body of my dreams that I can be absolutely proud of.
