Overall Goal: Well I want a larger body, arms legs chest. I just want to look unbreakable really. By the end of this cruise I will be pounds heavier and inches thicker.

Nothing right now i got home from cruise and lost all hope. thats what happens when you haven't seen your lover in so long. Back on track.

Goal (Long):
Sense I am a mear beginner, I go to the gym 5 days a week. Didn't really know much about lifting so I learned from watching others work out and started my own program. I spend about an hour and 1/2 in the gym and i rest to allow my body time to heal and grow. I have seen many changes in my harms but could see more in my forarm. My legs are healthy but could use a bit more structure and my abs are coming along well but I need to find a way to work them ont without putting too much strain on my back.
