Gained 5 lbs. of solid muscle so far. I did lose about 10 lbs (mostly fat); went from 195 to 185.. now gained 5 lbs of muscle in about 2 mons, give or take. Now, I'm at 190 with more muscle mass. So far so good! Legs are getting bigger... I just dont know how to really pose them right. HELP?!!

I really needa new camera. Once again, trying my best to pose. I HATE the way I pose! I REALLY do look like a constipated chicken!! lol Next time, I will have a better camera. HOPEFULLY!! Besides that.. loving the PUMP and building of muscle mass! OOH YEAH!!

Fuzzy pic but you get the idea. MAJOR SHOUT OUT TO MY BOY PITBULL75. Thanks to him I have noticed some great improvements in both strength and thickness. A couple of times I almost ended up puking after working out with him! YEAH.. LOVE THAT PUMP!!!
