U got some great mass on u! unfortunately, I cannot look at the vids. Every damn thing is blocked! When I get back home, I will definitely check it out. I'm pounding the hell out of my legs. There are def getting bigger but i want them BIG!!! LOL

well, i was always interested in lifting heavy and big. Tried it a couple of times with my gym buds and fell in love with it. So, I figured after the urbanathlon, I'll plunge myself into powerlifting. Plus, I've always been told that I got the frame for it. So, why not? Love trying new things... to a point that is! lol

LOL. I am also doing it to raise some money for Prostate Cancer (Great Grandpa and grandpa died from it. Now my dad is in remission) and also for AIDS & Diabetes (70% of the women on my mom side has it) reasearch. You can split the profit and have a certain amount go to whatever research you chose. Planning on getting some sponsors when I get back. Plus, it'll be one hell of a trill ride! Try it.. U may never know?!!

Well it's the fist time I am doing it. Planning on keeping a nice pace. Not too fast though. i dont want lose my lunch too early in the run! lol I beleive it's a total of 8 miles, thats including the obsticles too. Afterwards there will be a concert and free food. LOVE FREE FOOD!! LOL
