Background

HOW I STARTED:

I started through wrestling in the peewee leagues around ten years old with squats, push-ups, sit-ups and light weights. It was really the summer of 2004 when I started weight training with a barbell and some twenty pounds weights that were lying around the house. I was only around 11 years old and I weighed 155lbs. I was undergoing depression, so the wrestling along with personal issues I developed Bulimia Nervosa when I was 12 years old, a mix of laxatives, vomiting, "fasting" and exercising for hours on end. Over the years it got much worst especially when I was in high school on the varsity team, a freshman that wrestling 215 and 189, while I was in good shape I was still ridiculed by my team. I started exercising up to three hours a day, during the summer I exercised up to 6 hours or until I would puke or collapse in my basement. I wanted nothing more than to be fit but I went the wrong way about it. Now at 18 with ten years of lifting and improper nutrition under my belt and a recovering bulimic. I'm hoping to get the body I desire by going about things the right way. I relapse every once and I while but who said it was a short road to recovery?

WHY I LOVE IT:

I want to be healthy. I love the way it makes my body feel,the pump and the accomplishment I feel after completing every set. I love and hate the attention at gym.

Week Four: Callies

Yo, this has been pretty insane journey thus far. Week four already, college application time is coming up... Damn lol After the muscle spasm on Friday I wasn't feeling up to taking progress pics or updating my stats so just bear with me for a week while I try to get my head together and get over some anxiety. So today was the first day of Callies= Calisthenics and it was a hella intense workout. I missed my morning cardio session because I was assuming I would be able to get into the school weight room today, noooope, no gym class... effin A! I can't believe that week two is almost over... My body is firmer and tighter. I had an amazing pump during my last workout and I can see my results more and more everyday so yeah, swizz beans lol I made a few tweaks to my workout program that I meant to add earlier in the week... but Friday kind of snuck up on me. Back Superset 12 wide grip pull ups/12 narrow grip pull ups/ 6/6 wide and narrow 15reps Bent-Over Row 195lbs DB Swings 25 chin ups (one day close grip and another day wide, last day switch up one set and one set) Ab Superset Stand ups 15reps 20lbs Push and Pull Crunch (Punch Crunch)...

fight4me Working my butt off trying to get past this plateau. For some reason I can not get out of the 200's. Everyone says I dont look like I weigh +200 but the scale is not saying the same lol.
