hey man sorry i have been away from this site for so long. although i have not been away the gym. got married here in japan and been busy off my head. anyway just finished a second bulk and cut. now back to having a cheat day on saturdays whoo!

well you may have already gotten started but i would say that schedule might actually be a little too much. at max you would only want to do one cardio set a day at 45 minutes. even that would be pretty brutal with weights added on (5 days a week?). Before all else diet is the MOST important. this last cut i ate at 1500-2000 calories a day for 16 weeks and ran 30 minutes 5 times a week with shortened weight training sessions 5 times a week.

hey man, cool to hear from another gaijin out here! The gym I train at is called B&F. It is located in Hanozoncho on the yotsubashi line near daikokucho. There are no obachans or ojichans there only hardcore bodybuilders so the owner does not care about tattoos. If you are ever in town again and need to train I can show you where its at.

I hear ya man whenever I am dealing with loads of stress at work right now so I am having problems getting the food down too. Sucks how it messes with your workout and routine like that.

thermogenic fat burners help a tiny bit, but I have never had them help me break any plateaus when I was cutting. For me it was all about doing HIIT runs everyday and keeping my cals super low. Probably too low haha. I went down as low as 1500 my last week of my cut.

yeah i hear you. its the same here for me. My gym is mostly for pro body builders so I am the smallest most clueless guy there. Although I pick up all my regiments and diets from this site and they have helped a bunch.

hows getting shredded going? Almost done with your cut? I am still stalling out on my bulk. I have been stuck at 65 kilos for 2 months now even after increasing my cals to 3000.

The gym was closed all last week here so I was bit down. Although I have never taken a week off so maybe it was good for me? Right now I am trying so hard to bulk but I have not gained any weight for 2 months!! I am a little frustrated. I even upped my calories to 3000 a day and still no gians!! Any suggestions? Good luck when you start your cut! My first cut was one of the biggest challenges I have ever faced in my life.

sweet getting ink done is always a blast. My full sleeve is finally going to be finished on the 30th. The damn thing has taken 4 sessions and 25 hours. I had no idea what a commitment it would be.

ok thanks for the advice. I am down to 8 now and my weight had hit 136 and I was also thinking - wow, this weight is way too low. definitely time for a bulk!

i see you are on a bulk but still look shredded. I am thinking I want to start bulking too but am unsure how low to get my bf first. How low did you let yours go before you decided to bulk?

Its going really well for me too. I finally dropped below 10 percent BF (must post new pics). I found out I had to do less cardio and more lifting. Never even knew it.
