yes, but in moderation and only if they ask. What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
try to put yourself in a healthy environment and stay away from the vices that pull you down the most. What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Protien powder, glutamine, creatine. They seem to benefit me most at that time.
