How I Started:
I start one and off since the days of high school, just weighting 120 lbs. But over the years the stress of school/work has made me put on a few extra pounds. so right now I'm on my way to my fitness goal.
Why I Love It:
Basically it feels dam good, you know that feeling of getting a good pump and it last for days. Plus looking better and feeling better as well. And a tremendous plus in my fitness level especially with my karate.
How I Stay Motivated:
Every time i workout, i have some music blasting and my screen saver running on my pc (tonnes of BB & fitness pics) and basically living on bodybuilding.com
BB Accomplishments:
First to improve my fitness to becoming a better karatika (shotokan karate practitioner - orange belt). And yes to put one some muscle and flexibility.

Goal (Long):
Basically i have admire a well developed body all my life, ever since i was young. During high school i was pretty skinny (about 115lbs, at 5' 4") then one day my sister got two 5lbs dumb bells. After using them for about a few months i realized that they got pretty light and a bit of improvement in my overall strength. After that i would do anything and read anything about bodybuilding. Years later and pounds heavier (body fat), i found bodybuilding.com and started to realize that if all those people can achieve their BB and fitness goal then why should i not be among them. So I'm taking the advise that if you want change, one has to plan for it and "WRITE" it down, so i'm finally writing down that "I WANT TO ACHIEVE THE BODY OF MY DREAMS".
