I have always been involved with martial arts and working out but took some time off coz of personal problems with my divorce
Why I Love It:
i love working coz it keeps me going i work construction and then do mixed martial arts so working out is very important
How I Stay Motivated:
so i can stay in shape to teach and train my students and also so i can fight at my best

Do you currently have a workout partner?
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I like them coz they keep me going when I dont think I can do anymore
What is your cardio exercise plan?
i am up at 3 am no matter what for my run (4 to 6) miles, before work. then my other cardio is when i am at training
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
running, and sledgehammer pounding on the tire, plus stadium runs with weights

Hey yall thank god i am done being sick. i have been back to the gym and working hard but now the nervousness is kicking in coz the fight is not to far off. i am going to be glad to have it done and take a short break then start cutting down to 165.

use apple cider vinegar ,cinnamon,and lemon juice....it helps cut weight. Good luck on your training
