hey whats man? I just started working out again since i had that elbow problem in late march. It took forever to heal. It hurt every day. I started doiin this work out for you arms to help get rid of my tennis elbow and it fills great now. I workout at southern athletics. We should workout their together a few days a week. Holler at me

Thanks for the reply. Ive tried Micronized Creatine and it worked pretty well for me, lately ive tried CEE but have had bad stomach problems with it. So ill probably be giving ON creatine a try soon.
Your Pec routine sounds very different from anything ive tried in regard to the number of sets per exercise. I might give it a try to shock the muscles, but do you think its a good idea? ( 5 sets )
