In January 2007 I decided to stay more focused on bodybuilding to get back into shape.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding makes me feel like I'm improving myself. It makes me feel good to stay in average to good shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm convinced that staying in good health is my #1 priority in life. Every day I will be more healthy then the day before.
