How I Started:
I got diagnosed with a digestive disorder and went from 135lbs and I'm now at 115lbs. An x boyfriend of mine was big into bodybuilding and I was lazy and wasnt interested and once we broke up I decided I needed to take care of my body and work on getting healthy and looking better and now I'm addicted. So I've been working out since March and I want to gain a lot more muscle.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I try and stick to grilled chicken, fish, ground turkey. Preferably homeade otherwise it will most likely make me sick. It's trial and error with my sickness. I basically wont know until I eat it. What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
It's a lot of hard work and it's not an easy road but well worth it!
