If your goal is to put on as much mass as your genetics will allow, consider the following. First off, in order to gain muscle you may also need to gain some fat. This may sound discouraging but there are ways to keep the fat weight to a minimum. Get yourself in tune to eating about 500...
i wouldnt get it. buy iforce max out and testabolen v2 and run a 50 day cycle. and about the goal i got surgery a month ago and havent worked out in 8 months so i went from 170 to 145 but i can start back up again in about 2 months
I go to the Gym Four or five days a week, Monday Tri, Tues Bi, Wed Shoul, Back, Fri Chest, Sat Legs, and abs and cardio 3 times a week.. Bro if u want to pack on some muscle eat good carbs like wheat bread and oatmeal and A LOT of protien
don't use it during football season. if you do it during football it will be wasting it, since in season you only 0sustain muscle.use it in the off season with a preworkout pump drink (like nano vapor or white flood... a NO drink) so you get a good solid workout in, every time.
I would have to say it works pretty well, I stopped working out for a few months and used the supplement to get back into shape. I gained about five solid pounds that month. I was working out about 5 time a week. I would have to say that it is better than most supplements for gaining, but then again, I have taken some things in the past that were also much better. Of course those things are no longer legal.
