How I Started:
My mom took my younger brother and I to a local gym to keep us from getting bored during summer. My brother quickly found out that lifting wasn't for him, I became addicted and haven't stopped training sense.
Why I Love It:
Training is something that I guess you could say turns me on, there is nothing like lifting heavy weights and seeing changes every day in your physique.
How I Stay Motivated:
FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION.
