Playing on the 2nds team so far, we lost our first league game by 7 points. Feeling stronger on the pitch but need to work on my hands and positioning so I can break on to the first team i reckon. How are you going over there?

thanks for the advice. I've heard of them but i've never actually seen anyone use them. Do you use periodization in your workout progam. I was just reading it today http://staff.washington.edu/griffin/carrell_period.html#LINK4 it sounds very interesting. I'll prob give that a go, seems to really show progress
