Just finished college so hopefully I'll start eating healthier and not go out out 2/3 times a week! I squatted 180kg for three reps a month back. I got a max power clean of 110kg about 2 months ago. I managed 85kg for 3 reps on the bench. My max chin ups is 14. I weigh 13st 1lb. By the beginning...

Yeah Mate looking real good at the moment. Had our first league match at th weekend and won 103-0. Looks like we are in Contention to move up to National League 2 next season. Only two more promotions to the Guinness Premiership! Best way to hit the hands is with a heavy ball, And staying in Position will come with more experience! Keep plugging away and it will come around!

Just Keep Squatting! That's all you can do. I was also in Afghanistan for 13 months and that is all I had to do. Barbell Hack Squats helped alot as well as Sumo deadlifts. It was a one time thing though... Don't think I could come close to it today...

Hey onechance, have you considered adding chains to your regimen? They can interrupt the flow of some movements but they're great for squats and rack pulls. Give it a thought!
