Want to gain between 10-20 lbs of lean muscle by Spring 2010 so I can feel more confident about my body.

I have been in the gym approximately 2 years now, I have seen some gains, however, I hadn't seen the results I really want. I assume that there are a mixture of reasons - not feeling motivated, poor eating habits - why I haven't seen the expected results. I want to transform my body to a Greek god's body.
