Being a military brat Dad use to take me to the gym with him when I was younger. Worked out throughout HS for sports but nothing to serious. Just recently tried to get on a more serious note and focus on a more healthier lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
After waking up with a million things on my mind and no one to vent to after hitting the gym it helps takes the stress away.At the end of the day you feel a whole lot better about yourself and not to mention refreshed......
How I Stay Motivated:
Everytime I think about how I want to look and change as far as my body type. Looking at the improvements and changes that have been made keeps me going and just trying to see how far I can take it!!!

Goal (Long):
I would like to try and focus on losing body fat and toning up more.Don't want to get bigger would just like to focus on one objective at a time.Not to mention destroy the late nite snacking.....

I have mixed feelings about artest. I mean, he's a good player, but i just hate him. I'd rather get villanueva, personally. I think Artest might screw up the chemistry. Glad turkoglou fled orlando. he killed us in the playoffs.

dude i got back in and ripped it today. 2 hours of grappling and 2 hours of weights....im beat...but i got a good shake goin to put me to bed: 3 raw eggs,2 tbs cottage cheese,2 cups of whole milk 2 coops of whey and glutamine. Brock Lesnar here I come!
You are looking ripped more and more brah. Nice job. I have not been in the gym this past month. Been busy with rehearsals and work and so forth. I haven't lost much though.

Hey bro, I'd advise not to come here because it's been ridiculously hot. but I don't imagine Florida is much better. Training has been going alright, i'm doing the lean thing this summer as well. No sense trying to bulk when you sweat out 10 lbs everytime you walk outside. Have a great 4th!
I getting my weight down a little bit it that is what I wanted to be a little more lean. Just doing non stop cardio in this flroida heat. So how is everything going with you?
I just got my new statts back from my trainer. Wow I am on the way. I am down to a 117Lbs + finaly start adding muscles. Well I am leaving for germany on thursday for a week :( Man I don't wanna think about what I look like when I get back. All that good food and the great beer! Lord have Mercy.

Thanks a lot friend! YOU TOO! I took a break for a week beacuse my body was just beat down. All my joints were popping and my muscles were hurting constantly. But i feel pretty good now. I've had a week of solid nutrition in and plenty of sleep and time with my son. I couldn't ask for more! hows things with you ?
