Westover High Attended 1995 to 1999 Fayetteville, North Carolina United States
When I Started:
May, 1996
How I Started:
Being a military brat Dad use to take me to the gym with him when I was younger. Worked out throughout HS for sports but nothing to serious. Just recently tried to get on a more serious note and focus on a more healthier lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
After waking up with a million things on my mind and no one to vent to after hitting the gym it helps takes the stress away.At the end of the day you feel a whole lot better about yourself and not to mention refreshed......
How I Stay Motivated:
Everytime I think about how I want to look and change as far as my body type. Looking at the improvements and changes that have been made keeps me going and just trying to see how far I can take it!!!
Gee, Brain. What are we going to do tonight? ....The same thing we do every night, Pinky. Try to take over the world!!!
Goal (Long):
I would like to try and focus on losing body fat and toning up more.Don't want to get bigger would just like to focus on one objective at a time. Not to mention destroy the late nite snacking.....
Going on a couple of weeks now seem like I hit a plateau. In the gym the workouts have been mediocre. I would go in work my specific body part throw the cardio in and be out still not feeling like I did anything or at least half a**. Normally I have been faithful to...
They redid the gym floors for the basketball players so they said it will be done and we can play next friday. The floors should never take that long. It atleast gives my ankle a rest from all that jumping. So how is everything going your way?
Thanks dude, Yip it's hard work but good at the end of the day. The gym i go to just has weights and some cardio machines. It's perfect for the self body builder and competitor. It's Friday man! Have good weekend.
Stay sharp,
G.S
