How I Started:
Took an honest look in the mirror. Looked online at weights, found bodybuilding.com went to the local sports store got weights and vitamins.
Why I Love It:
Haven't worked out since high school besides some cycling and swimming. It feels good.

168 Lbs. The day I got my weights. Before starting the program named --This is a slight variation of Rippetoe's outstanding "Starting Strength" workout.-- Found in workout programs here at bodybuilding.com
181 Lbs. End of month three. Not much visible change this month, but still gaining strength. Reading up on nutrition and adding 20 minute cardio on off days.
hey there,,,, looks like you have been working hard... to bad you do not have a head? that must make it hard to drink stuff, take supplements, and get yourself to the gym when you don't have a face..:)Keep up the hard work, it is looking like you are getting serious results.
