I plan on taking this transformation day by day until i reach a solid 200lbs
Goal (Long):
I am taking this in 4-6 week intervals. i want to shock my body every 6 weeks and adjust my diet and nutrition as I go. This site is full of wonderful people and information and I plan on making use of it all.
I have cleared the slate and I am once again ready to get myself back into gear. I will take this one day at a time, one workout at a time, one meal at a time. I will be consistant and let time and consistancy and hard work be my legacy this time.
Rather than looking forward to giving you constructive criticism, I would rather look forward to looking at your progress pictures and sharing in the enjoyment of seeing you achieving your fitness goals and/or dreams. I wish you nothing but success.
I was able to lose over 50 Lbs in just 12 weeks & going from 36 to 10% bodyfat by following the 12-week Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) dropped from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 by also using the same 12 week Body for Life program.
