I am taking this in 4-6 week intervals. i want to shock my body every 6 weeks and adjust my diet and nutrition as I go. This site is full of wonderful people and information and I plan on making use of it all.

I was able to lose over 50 Lbs in just 12 weeks & going from 36 to 10% bodyfat by following the 12-week Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) dropped from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 by also using the same 12 week Body for Life program. I have found that you get the best results by following a well-designed routine such as Body for Life. If you challenge yourself you will be amazed at the changes and how fast they happen.
