Thanks for accepting! Your muscles seem to be ready to become as huge as you want! Specially pecs, back, calves, arms and ABS, they look solid and defined! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?

hey dude awesome physique man. do u know of any sample diet plan nd workout program i can get. ive been working out for 2 years now with no results. i dnt even have ripped abs despite doing alot of cardio to and cant seem to get my lower tummy flat despite still not growing size wise im still small. Pls any sort of help and advice would be appreciated.

It was not that Bad. but the fwy next to the airport was hell so people can see the plane.. then this morning.. my co-worker roads was shut down because the President was driving through his area.
