I became active in high school. I was in track & field, soccer, cross country, and did some swimming on my own. After that I stopped and put on 1 too many lbs.

Its the end of the semester and I'm so ready to start working out again. I've been giving myself excuses to not to work out but mostly its been lack of motivation and school work. But no more. I refuse to gain even 2 lbs during the holidays. I'm going to start keeping track of everything...
