Reason I joined this BodyGroup: Finishing up Kris Gethin's 12-week trainer. Lost over 27 lbs and gained tremendous strength while getting more shredded than I've ever been. Looking to take it to the "next level" with similar methods that are progressive and intense. Members: 179
omnisis Got to the gym late last night but had a short and intense session. HITT cardio for 10 mins + rack deadlifts and a giant set on biceps!
