Basic Bodybuilder type nutrition plan. 5-6 meals/ day with about 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fats.

Reason I joined this BodyGroup: Finishing up Kris Gethin's 12-week trainer. Lost over 27 lbs and gained tremendous strength while getting more shredded than I've ever been. Looking to take it to the "next level" with similar methods that are progressive and intense. Members: 179
