How I Started:
Through a personal trainer. He knew exactly what I needed after training me just once....lots of FOOD and fast, brutal workout sessions.
Why I Love It:
It is true strength( although God "filling you" is really true strength). It helps one deal with problems, lifes frustrations. It even gives you an answer to some of you're problems.
How I Stay Motivated:
I envision great things. Indescribable things. I envision the body I want by imaginging I already have the body I want. I envision myself 200 pounds of solid, ALL-NATURAL muscle.
BB Accomplishments:
A past accomplishment would be gaining 15 pounds of muscle(no fat! WHAT? Natural too) by working out with a personal trainer who used to be a national level bodybuilder. I remember what the trainer told me too, after I made such progress..."Thats not supposed to happen, buddy!" "All you're gains where muscle, not fat". I think I said, cool, can't remember.
Did I mention that I was out of breath most of the time, since the workouts where so fast?

None. No one is Ideal, since this would be unfair to everyone.

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Something to give me lasting energy throughout the workout. It is always smart to fuel you're body with something, perhaps a small peanut butter sandwich or a small shake before wokring out. I had a great workout and it was at night too. I haven't lifted at ina long time. I ushualy train later in the day. I only trained a half hour, had a shake afterwards and then went home. I haven't really been training that much, which is bad for me since I tend to go mad if I can't...
Mostly the body came from God and the genetics I was blessed with but the dedication to good nutrition habits and hitting the weights/cardio hard and smart helps. Im Loving it always, Juliet :)
Thanks (again)! Now go have a most productive training week. Perhaps throwing in a couple extra sets for me. I mean, I can't do squats and the likes, but I'll fell good knowing someone IS and thinking of me. TTYL... *smile*
