After a few months of a new diet and exercise programs! Bodyfat down to around 17%. Not good enough, need some beef!

Day One of Carb Cycling...Going to try it out for 3 weeks and see how my body responds, I hope to find some good results. :o) It's 3 days low (60-80g), 1 day high (250-300g).

Both trainers think I can be ready for Mid USAs August 9th. Been zero carb for 2 weeks and cardio 75 mins 7 days a week, will be increased again Thursday. Oh- and back on fat burners.
