Background

When I Started: Mar 2008
HOW I STARTED:

I have always been into sports since my first team sport at the age of 6. Recently I became interested in competitive kickboxing. While working out, I met a figure competitor that was taking the class for the awesome cardio and I asked her about training me...I really wanted to get my body in that kind of shape!

WHY I LOVE IT:

I'm not sure I can pin point what exactly I love about working out, but I can not do with out it!

OMG 5 weeks!!!! I can't wait for my legs to lean up more. Man my offseason was horrible, but I didn't really have a trainer/coach guiding me through and not to mention help with avoiding the gorge until death, bloated blowfish hell!!!! I got up to 184lbs, wtf?! Thats no way to spend your winter, and even worse getting it off for show season... I weighed 153.6 this morning so its going good now, but OMG....Grr, @ least I'm with my new coach and he won't let me stray next time or encourage me to eat like shit week after week. This year of shows is going to be intense, but I'm soo excited! West T...

sooo, we worked chest today & I'm already sore. haha I lifted more today than I ever have! I guess I'm feeling a bit more motivated here lately b/c the contest and my new workout partner. this is so great. hehe

Well, it's a little more than 4 weeks into carb cycling with about 14 weeks left until competition time. :o) I was skin fold tested yesterday. The results were way different than the body composition scale by Tanita. The skin fold came out to %12 bf ... But I'm not stopping until I am satisfied, not stopping for numbers nor letting any of them get me down!

bisso_112 helloo..how are you? here its 7:50 Am and after few min i am going to eat my oat meal and my protien shake then i will go to the gym... you are a prety lady and ur profile photo is amazing..everyday i visit bodybuilding.com and i get inspired by ladies like you...ladies in my gym they just do some cardio and maybe some fitness classes but i dont feel that they want to change their body,i hope that one day they look at you and try to do something big like you..anyway take care. :) May 31, 2011 9:57pm
