I started working out religously in 2004... held on for two years, fell off the band wagon, now this fall august 2008 I am looking to get back into the FULL swing of things.
Why I Love It:
I love pushing my self to the limit, setting new goals, and transforming my body to a higher level.

Diet is always the hardest part of training - keep at it. I have posted my current nutrition plan in my workout journal if you need any ideas. Carnitine is awesome stuff!

Oh god thats horrible. Yeah I think the farthest I have strayed from my diet is different salads. Passed up chinese food tonight and I practically was living off of that before.

Lol your welcome. The FDP has been kicking my butt. The workouts I have been doing pretty well with but I know I could be hitting harder. Got a weight set at my house that I am using when I'm sitting around watching tv. Do you know how you got the food poisoning? Found out the day after I got strep I had picked it up from a cook at Chili's hacking all over my salad.
