When I Started:

How I Started:
I began weight lifting in high school, nothing serious. I competed in my first contest at 19, it changed my life. Since then i havent looked back.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding for a thousond reasons. I can relate my work ethic, discipline, staying humble, and dedication, to everyday life. Being a bodybuilder has given me charecter and really changed my perspective on a lot of things. Bodybuilding has gotten me where i am today. I believe, in preperation for a contest you learn life lessons, become more stronger physically, emotionally, as well as spiritually. I use these qualities everyday. I instill them in my clients and they too benefit greatly as i do.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everyone is on a path, if they know where they are going is another story. I know where i want to go, the "O", that is all the motivation i need.
Also being a natural competitor is like going into a gun fight with a knife in these competitions. That makes me the underdog, and nothing pushes me more when someone says i cant accomplish something.
Last, certainly not least, Jaxin James, my unborn baby BOY!!! I cant wait.

All you can do is show em your best, and let the rest of the lineup stand for themselves. You have a world class physique Brandon. Get used to being on the big stages! As for me, stuck at 192ish, gotta amp up the clean cals if I want to hit 200 by the end of April.
